Annie Gordon joins as executive producer and Lizzie Hill as senior producer
Lola Post Production has added Annie Gordon as executive producer and Lizzie Hill as senior producer.
Both will join the VFX house’s senior team, shortly after its acquisition by Milk in October 2022. Lola remains as a separate brand within the Milk group.
Gordon will oversee all of Lola’s operations across its roster of premium factual and drama projects, reporting to Lola’s founder and creative director Rob Harvey. She has 15 years’ experience in the VFX industry, inlcuding stints with Lexhag, MPC, The Mill, and Prime Focus. Most recently, she set up Ghost VFX at The Farm, spending the last five years with the company.
Meanwhile, Hill is Gordon’s first hire, and will work with her to oversee Lola’s production slate. She joins from high end creative production company Saddington Baynes where she was executive producer for the past four years - and spent almost nine years in total.
Harvey said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Annie to the Lola team, particularly someone of her calibre and with her leadership experience. Her role will be pivotal as we continue to build a strong platform to deliver premium Factual and Drama content for film and episodic VFX to our clients.”
Gordon added: “I’m excited to jump on board with Lola’s strong, vibrant creative team and its friendly culture. They’ve got a great slate of Factual and Drama productions and their 22 year reputation precedes them. I’m really looking forward to working with the team here and the future is definitely bright!”
