London-based sports post-production and OB specialist Timeline TV is mid-way through the build of a new base at MediaCityUK.
The 2,000 sq ft premises will house three online, three offline and a Pro Tools dubbing suite.
Timeline managing director Daniel McDonnell said the Salford office would primarily be used to serve the BBC, which recently moved its sport department to Salford.
He said: “We’ll start with a mix of five editors and edit assistants and grow from there.”
