London post-production company Evolutions has made five positions redundant as it looks to reduce its overheads.

The cuts include three junior editorial positions, a bookings person and the position of Smoke operator.

Managing director Simon Kanjee said: "All facilities have to be looking at their overheads at present, they are mad not to. We are very busy and this is a precautionary measure in these turbulent times."

Evolutions employs approximately 150 people across its five central London facilities.

Its recent credits include Red Dwarf, Hospital Heroes and The Apprentice.
